Anyone under the age of 18 must have their parent or legal guardian sign the membership agreement. Photo ID may be requested.
13- and 14-year-olds must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times in the gym. 15-year-olds and older may attend the gym alone. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for any misconduct.
Use of the gym is at your own risk. Please consult a doctor before starting any exercise routine. Ownership is not responsible for injuries.
Use a spotter and proper form when exercising.
All members must unlock the door separately when arriving at the gym (no tailgating).
All participants must purchase a membership or day pass (no guests).
Well-behaved children may accompany parents to the gym but must stay in the gym lounge area. Children may not use or touch any equipment, enter any black mat areas, or use the sauna. Children should be accompanied to the bathroom for their safety. Parents are responsible for any messes or damages. Ownership is not responsible for any injuries.
Re-rack all weights and wipe down equipment when finished. Wipe up any spilled water or water left on the floor when using the locker rooms. No food or shakes in the equipment areas. No chalk.
Limit water use to one ladle full per session in the sauna. Use a towel to limit sweat from accumulating on the wood. You must wear more than your underwear. Keep noise levels low—no videos or music without headphones.
Dress appropriately for the gym, including clean clothing and shoes.
Ownership is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Locks will be removed from lockers after two weeks of abandonment.
Report any dirty or damaged equipment, facilities, or member misconduct to 919-522-8878.
Introduce yourself to new members, help foster a positive environment, and offer assistance. Be respectful of others' opinions and requests.
Do not be annoying, disruptive, or childish.
No smoking, alcohol, or illicit drugs are allowed.
Use equipment for its intended purpose. Do not slam machine stacks, and do not use damaged equipment.
Locker rooms are designated by biological sex.
In case of emergency, CALL 911. A first aid kit is available near the front door.
