First-Time Users

1. Activate Your Account:

   • After purchasing your membership or day pass, check your email for a message with the subject line "Welcome On Board."

   • Follow the instructions to activate your account and set up your password. (there is no need to login here after creating the password). 

2. Download the Wellyx App:

   • Search for "Wellyx" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the app. This app is used to unlock the door. 

3. Log In:

   • Open the Wellyx app.

   • Use your registered email and the password you created during account activation.

Unlocking the Door

1. Using Bluetooth Access:

   • Stand near the door sensor.

   • Open the Wellyx app and navigate to:

     • Access Control > Door 1 > Unlock.

2. Troubleshooting:

   • If you previously had a membership or day pass that has expired, you may need to tap "Switch Plans" at the bottom of the menu to update your access.
